How It All Started

Rewind to May 2022, when we started our company, the vision behind Flawless was clear: help business operations teams become more proactive & automated, without having to rely on developers to do that. Our founding team, with diverse experiences from consulting at McKinsey to leading companies like Delivery Hero, Sixfold, and HalloSonne, recognized a common challenge. Operations teams are entrenched in reactive and manual routines, leading to stress, overtime, lost revenues, and increased costs. The issue isn’t a lack of data or understanding of what needed monitoring. The crux of the problem is the dynamic nature of operations, requiring continuous engineering resources that many companies simply cannot afford.

Evolution of Our Product

Our initial focus was on fostering proactivity. We’ve developed integrations with various data warehouses and applications, enabling users to quickly connect them to our platform and easily set up trigger rules through a no-code interface. We’ve introduced automated notifications across channels like Slack, Teams, SMS, and WhatsApp. Recognizing the need for cross-departmental collaboration during incidents, we’ve also integrated a task management feature.

However, our journey led us to a crucial realization: automation is key not just for detecting incidents but also for resolving them efficiently. Manual interventions are too slow and resource intensive. It is time for the next evolution.

Introducing Workflow Automation

To address this, we're thrilled to unveil a significant update to our platform: the launch of workflow automation. Workflows replace the concept of monitors in our platform and empower you to automate not only incident detection, but also your resolution processes. This advancement opens up limitless automation possibilities, paving the way for revenue growth and cost savings.

Our platform now supports multi-step, fully or semi-automated workflows, enabling you to customize processes to your business needs. Unlike with other workflow automation tools, you can configure custom triggers, generate complex workflows, add human interventions, or follow-up transparently on the status of your workflows.

Imagine triggering an alert based on a mismatch in pricing in your Shopify & Amazon channels, sending an automated Slack notification to your colleague to review the discrepancy, and after approval automatically updating pricing across all of your channels. In short: we synchronize your entire business operations. To better highlight this unique positioning in the market, we’ve decided to rebrand ourselves to Eversync.

Our platform and website have transitioned to eversync.com, with all previous links redirected to ensure a smooth transition. Along with our brand, our company name has also changed to Eversync Technologies Limited.
